The new Beetlejuice Movie just came to theaters on September 6th. It is called Beetlejuice Beetlejuice. This sequel to the movie is very exciting for fans since the original movie came out in 1988! It was directed by Tim Burton and produced by Warner Bros. Pictures. The starred actors in Beetle Juice are Jenna Ortega as Astrid, Winona Ryder as Lydia, and Micheal Keaton as Beetlejuice.
This movie is mainly about three generations of the Deetz family returning back home to Winter River after an unexpected family tragedy that shocks everyone. Still haunted by Beetlejuice. Lydia’s life soon takes an unexpected turn when her teenage daughter discovers a mysterious portal to the afterlife. Whenever someone says Beetlejuice’s name three times, the troublesome demon delightedly returns to set free his very own kind of madness.
Burton came up with the idea of the movie with the idea of Lydia, a character he related to. He wondered what could be her future after the first film of her being a troubled teenager to a messed up adult.
