Should Students Have More Days Off?

School, something on our calendars for five days a week, unless a sudden sickness or a break. What if there was more than just a 2-day sliver of glory?
States should consider taking more days off of the “normal” school week. Particularly because of the growing mental health problems of students procrastinating and waiting until the last moment to do assignments.
Having an extra day to catch up on assignments will be beneficial to the number of people falling classes, which is at an all-time high according to the America Promised Alliance. It can even let staff members spend more time to have with their families.
Clearly, this is a change that needs to be made. There will be wrinkles in the beginning, but with time and effort, this can work.
