As a celebrity, how would you make your Thanksgiving dinner? Celebrities often have lavish meals, and although you might not be a real-life celebrity, here are some recipes that celebrity Gordon Ramsy uses to spice up his dinners.

Gordon Ramsey created a nutritious but tasty roasted cauliflower, quinoa, and pomegranate salad.

You can start by setting the oven’s temperature to 375.

Then, sprinkle some olive oil over the cauliflower florets before placing them on a baking sheet. Add salt and pepper to taste, then toss in the oil to coat. Turn the cauliflower over halfway through roasting for about 20 minutes, or until browned in spots. Once cooked, remove from the oven. The quinoa should then be prepared as directed on the package.

After, mix the ingredients for the dressing with a touch of salt and pepper and a fork or tiny whisk until well blended. If required, taste and adjust the seasoning.

In a big bowl, combine the cauliflower and the cooked quinoa. Add the dressing, then fold the parsley leaves in. Serve after scattering the pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!
