Mexican songwriter Peso Pluma reached No.1 on the Latin Songs Chart. His most famous song, “El Bellicon” has a soaring 178.5 million views along with 900.3k likes.

The 23-year-old has been said he’s a “replacement” for Bad Bunny. Peso having exactly half the songs Bad Bunny has yet passing him has Peso claiming he’s No.1. 

Peso’s starting dream was to become a pro in soccer. He played for the Chivas de Waalahara Academy. He was a teammate with Jose Juan Macias, one of the team’s best strikers. 

Chivas gave him a shot at becoming a pro but he was more interested in music and parties. Safe to say, he has been very successful.

Peso Pluma stepped into Latin Music and changed it. People enjoy his songs as much as they can relate to them.
