On December 20, 2024, Disney will finally release “Mufasa” in theaters. This movie is supposed to be the backstory for the beloved film “The Lion King.” The premise of the movie is to explain the idea of the great king Mufasa’s life, and the relationship between the two “brothers” Mufasa and Taka (more commonly known as Scar). Scar is the villain in “The Lion King” who wants to be king of the pride lands and take the place of the present king (Mufasa). In the story, Scar will do anything to accomplish his goal. Even destroying his family.
It has been over 30 years since the movie “The Lion King” came out, and fans are probably at the edge of their seats, waiting for answers to questions left unsolved while watching the original. Such as, what happened between Taka (Scar) and Mufasa, to cause such a bitter relationship?
