Mrs. K ripping a piece of homework
Many teachers assign homework on weekends, but it is not helping. The weekend is a time when students get to relax and take a break from school. Schoolwork can be very stressful for most students, so it can be tough on them when they have homework on their little break from the week.
When students get homework it can take ten minutes or even an hour to complete. On Fridays, if students think they need extra practice then they should be allowed to ask for extra work but they should not be required to do extra work on their breaks. Every day students are getting even more homework and it’s time for this to stop so students can relax and have fun and they should not have to worry about their new assignments.
