On October 28th, 2024, a look-alike competition for Timothee Chalamet was held in Washington Square Park in NYC. Ironically, Timothee showed up but didn’t win his own contest. The winner was Miles Mitchell, 21. The event was a fun get-together that ended with a twist.

It all started with mystery flyers going around with a $50 cash prize for the winner. It went viral! Over 2,500 people RSVP’d—until one of the contestants got arrested! That is about when the real Timothee showed up to take a couple of pictures. The creator of the contest is Anthony Po, a YouTuber who had another look-alike competition just a day earlier. 

Timothee was born in Manhattan, close to where the competition was held. He became very popular in 2017 when his film Lady Bird blew up, which started his career. He was born on December 27, 1995. He is most famous for his complex characters in movies and for his humor in comedies. He is currently dating Kylie Jenner since September 2023.
