This year, L.A. has had it rough, with fires destroying everything from houses to churches and mosques. Although many great movies have been made, many celebrities think the Oscars should be canceled this year.
Some celebrities think that there is no reason to celebrate their achievements when something so horrible is happening where a majority of them live. It has been revealed that the academy still plans on the Oscars happening. Many people think this is selfish and insane. Just the thought of a victim of these wildfires being escorted. Even trying to get people to care about the Oscars when all of this is happening is a very difficult task.
