There has been googly eyes placed on art around Oregon and Jeff Keith admitted to placing them.
Jeff KEith the founder of Gaurdian Group has admitted to placing the googly eyes around Oregon using duct tape. He has also pulled other pranks like this by putting hula skirts and leis on bend sculptures. AP News states, “The social media posts prompted a cascade of comments, with many social media users saying they liked the googly eyes and that the city shouldn’t spend time and money on removing them.” AP News also says, “Keith said he didn’t expect his exploits to receive that much attention, and that he went to city offices to offer to pay for any damages.” Keith didn’t expect this so get so much attention, but he feels bad and wants to make up for the damage.
