Just two Sundays back, the Philadelphia Eagles had won their second Super Bowl, and finally got their revenge on the Kansas City Chiefs after Super Bowl LVII.
Their return to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on February 10th led to much attention at Philadelphia International Airport, with the city seemingly still ready for more wildness now that the team made their way back home.
As they began to make their way through the runway to their other transportations, they’d be met with fans, police, and airport staff, to no surprise, all looking for autographs and photos with the new champions.
Just the night before, the city of Philadelphia had just gone absolutely crazy, with large crowds marching, traffic obstructions, fireworks, and vandalism all around.
The threat of rowdy fans even had the mayor make a statement to Philadelphia to refrain from damaging city property.
All in all though, Philadelphia has always been revered as one of those cities that can be overly festive when it comes to sports. Going crazy over good news has been something Philadelphia has seemed to do since the American Revolution.
