Daylight Savings happens about twice a year. It is a time when we lose an hour or gain an hour of sleep. At that time, we must change our clocks an hour forward or backward. On Mar 9, 2025, we will have to change our clocks and will have to move forward as we lose an hour of sleep.
Daylight savings were created to help conserve fuel and energy and extend the workday. It was created in 1918 during World War 1. It helps with less burnout and allows the ability to work later in the day, back 100 years ago.
People want to get rid of daylight savings, and lots of people agree with that. People think that there is no need to change clocks anymore.
