A lot of people, especially teens have been saying a lot of TikTok phrases. For example, “icl”, “pop out at 1 in the morning”, “LeBronnnn”, “Lakers in 5”, “ngl”, “67”, and “where the huzz at.” Recently, teachers have been saying these phrases. Because of this, I think that everyone should start saying this especially older people. “Icl” means “I can’t lie”, “pop out at one in the morning” is a song by Civ, “LeBron” is an inspirational basketball player, “Lakers in 5” is a quote stated by Shannon Sharpe, “ngl” means “not gonna lie,” “67” is a popular number said by Talyen Kinney, otherwise known as “TK”, “where the huzz at” means where are all the people at.
Older people like your mom, should be educated on these words, especially around the younger generation. The younger ones, like 10 years olds should know these phrases. Younger than that they shouldn’t, since it’s brainwashing them. TikTok phrases are extremely funny, especially the abbreviations.
