A picture of New York.
Recently, cats have been making their way into convenience stores, bodegas, and shops in New York. They snuggle up into the little corners, spending a lot of time in the sun and receiving cuddles from the people who pass by.
Unfortunately, there’s a state law that prevents a majority of the animals away from these stores that sell a lot of food. Owners could potentially receive a fine if the cats get caught. Police have to investigate these stores on a daily basis, it’s an obligation. On the other hand, citizens are signing petitions so that these owners don’t get fined.
Cats have been luring more customers in with their cuteness. People take videos, promoting the business and attract customers.
