Many brands played funny pranks on April Fools Day. For example, some changed the name of one of their products, faked collaborations with other brands, and even pranked customers by saying they were discontinuing products. Many beauty and famous food brands did fake collaborations, and many people were sad some of these were fake.
The brand Tarte which is a beauty brand did a fake collaboration with the famous ice cream brand Baskin Robins and they claimed to be making two new products based on Baskin Robins Ice cream. A popular drink brand Popi also played a prank with the beauty brand Tower TwentyEights. They did a facial spray based on one of Tower TwentyEight’s popular facial sprays and called the new spray “ Sip or Spray.’’
Another very funny brand prank was Duolingo World Cruise where they collaborated with the cruise brand Carnival. Many people were sad this wasn’t true because they would love a Duolingo-inspired cruise. The chocolate brand Nutella did a prank where they made their own Nutella Airbnb. There are so many more amazing pranks that brands did and they are always very funny and exciting and there are so many people waiting to see what they come up with next year!Â
