On Monday, Jon Stewart made a comeback to “The Daily Show” after being absent for nine years. He wasted no time in addressing a topic that’s on the minds of many as the 2024 presidential election approaches.
As he began his comeback with a 20-minute segment about the two front-runners who are 81 and 77 years old respectively, Jon Stewart stated, “Both of these candidates have similar challenges.”
During an interview, when asked about his involvement in a controversial incident, he kept responding with “I don’t recall” or “I don’t remember.” Jon Stewart, in response to this, sarcastically remarked, “Looks like we have a high-functioning candidate here.”
After the news broke, Stewart took to X to make his announcement, revealing that he had decided to enter the transfer portal for his last year of eligibility.
