The Draw for the 2026 World Cup is scheduled for the 5th of December taking place in Washington DC. The draw will determine the matchups and groups for the tournament taking place next summer in North America. This time around instead of 32 teams they bumped it up to 48 teams. There will be 12 teams of 4 with 32 teams advancing to the knockout stage. The way this works is that the top two teams in each group and the best eight third place finishers. They will move on to the Knockout stage. The hosts Canada, Mexico, and the US already know the schedules. All the kickoff times and venues will be announced on Dec 6.
This world cup will feature 48 teams with 42 of them already secured, the remaining 6 will be determined by the playoffs in March.

- CONMEBOL: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Uruguay
- OFC: New Zealand
- UEFA: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, England, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Switzerland
