Have you heard of the new ABS system? The ABS system (Automated Ball Strike) in baseball is a new addition to the MLB that assists umpires with making calls during at bats.
If a batter would want to use the ABS system they would have to tap their helmet and wait till the review to show on the big screen, usually in center field.
If the pitcher wants to challenge the pitch he would do a signal to his catcher then the catcher would tap his head like the batter, and wait for the review.
Something like that is also in the MLB called replay review.Replay review is when a play on the field like a tag at 2nd base is questioned by a team’s coaches and a camera’s footage that is placed to watch the base is reviewed.
The new ABS system has changed a lot of games and either making players very good or horrible. So what do you think?
