So far, the young basketball player Victor Webanyama has been dominating the basketball world. The 19-year-old debuted on Oct 25th, 2023, with a height of 7’4. Currently, he is on the San Antonio Spurs.
Webanyama also played for the French national team, leading them to a silver medal. He has also set the FIBA record for blocks per game in a single tournament for the French team. Victor quit the team in June for the Spurs explaining, “It would be
unrealistic in terms of development and unwise in terms of health. I hope people will understand. It’s frustrating for me, too. The French team is as central as ever. I want to win as many titles as possible with them. But I think it’s a necessary sacrifice.”
Webanyama continues to play for the Spurs, in hopes of coming back to the French team soon. As he’s waiting, Victor is completely dominating every obstacle that comes his way.
