The Copper Age is a new update in Minecraft, introducing numerous changes, bug fixes, and new additions. Copper armor is one of the things featured. Copper armor is relatively easy to obtain because it can be crafted from copper ingots, which are smelted from raw copper that can be mined in any underground area. Most copper is generated in stone, as it is a common material in  Minecraft, copper can also be generated in deepslate, mostly at Y level -48 to -47. Copper armor is an easy, durable, and quick material needed to get 

Copper tools are another thing this update features.  Copper tools are just regular tools like swords, axes, pickaxes, hoes, and shovels, but in copper. These new tools are crafted in the same recipe but with different materials. Different mobs also have a chance to spawn with these tools, as well as the copper armor. These copper tools and armor do not oxidize or change color like any copper blocks; they just stay the same copper color. Copper tools and armor can also be enchanted, repaired, and can be trimmed. These copper tools can be smelted into ingots just like the gold tools.
