Now opening soon locally here in Wellington is a Cooper’s Hawk, a more upscale casual restaurant. The establishment is essentially a higher-end casual dining spot; it serves fancier dishes like gnocchi, as well as pizzas and burgers.
They are one of the highest-rated restaurant chains in the United States, and for good reason. Everything they serve is plated with intent, to not only taste good, but to look good. They also have a vast collection of handcrafted beverages, all made in-house.
