Chicago has been freezing lately; it’s been under 40 degrees for the past couple weeks and will continue for and for some days. It’s been in the negatives according to NBC 5 storm team the freezing temperatures will continue to keep going for a couple more days.
The highest it’s getting right now is high 20s and Thursday could see a brief dusting of snow too. People that have seen the news are happy and expecting warmer weather on February 6th, 2026.
The state of Chicago is going to have to endure the cold weather for a couple more days and are already planning vacation or going out or trying to have some fun for the one maybe 2 or 3 days they have of warmer weather. News are saying February is finally thawing out Chicago.
