On Monday February 16th 2026 the famous influencer Logan Paul sold his Pokemon card for a whopping 16.5 million dollars at the goldin auctions. Paul got the card back in 2021 for a total of $5.275 million. At the time that was a Guinness World Record for a Pokemon card. Paul added a diamond necklace to it so he could wear it to Wrestlemania 38.
The card was designed by Atsuko Nishida in 1988 for a contest. Only a few were made in the world and Paul’s is said to be 1 of 10 quantity ratings.
The card is said to be a holy grail for collectors all around the world. Paul has made a new world record for the most expensive Pokemon card sold at private auction. Anthony Scaramucci bought the amazing card.
