In some places like Colorado and Wyoming instead of getting flowers for spring they’re getting snow. On May 6th 2026 a snow storm swept over the Rocky Mountains in Denver and Wyoming. The snow caused school to be canceled for kids on Wednesday May 6th 2026. Highways remained open. The amount of snow could actually break branches.
While most of America would be relaxing by the pool they are grabbing snow shovels. The snow is definitely a weird way to start out the summer in Denver and Wyoming but hopefully it will get nice and sunny for them later on.
