The Wellington Landings soccer team season was very good, though they did not win. All the regular season games, the Landings team did extraordinary, only suffering one loss to Polo Park. They won every other game in the regular season. The last game of the regular season was against Polo Park and we tied 1-1.

When we tied with Polo park they got the number one spot and we finished the regular season in the number two spot. Our first playoff game was against a middle school called Jeaga. We won that game 6-0 and we played really well. Later in the week it was time for our second playoff game. We played against Watson B. Duncan middle school. Their team was extremely good with amazing passing, driving the ball forward with incredible speed. The Wellington Landings team’s season ended with that playoff game losing 0-4.

Overall, the season was very good and we will do our best to try and get the championship next year!
