Jasmine is an 8th grader at Wellington Landings Middle and she plays for our girls basketball team. In her free time Jasmine likes to hang out with her friends. Her goals for this year for school are to keep her grades up.
Q: How long have you been playing basketball?
A: I’ve been playing since kindergarten but I took time off to focus on karate and football and now I’m back to playing it.
Q; Do you play outside of school?
A: Yes, I play travel basketball.
Q: Why did you choose to try out for our school team?
A: School basketball is a fun experience.
Q: What do you think of your team and your coach?
A: I think our team works well together and our coach is pretty funny.
Q: Do you think the girls’ team will make it to the playoffs?
A: If we continue then yes, otherwise no.
Q: How did you feel about the game on Wednesday 2/4?
A: I believe it was a good game and I am happy we beat Crestwood.
