Every year the school does a science trip for all 8th grade students. For many years now the school has done the same trip to Kennedy Space Center, and this year will be no different. This is the second biggest trip of the year just after Gradventur.
Every year hundreds of students go on this trip and get to learn a lot about the history of space travel and the science involved. Learning all of this information inspires many students to pursue a new interest or just learn more about our country’s space exploration.
Kennedy Space Center has two locations in the United States, one in Florida and one in Texas. They are both used to advance in space exploration and create new and more advanced technologies. Along with advancing technology it also teaches about the history of space exploration.
