Mrs.Stone

Mrs.Stone is a 8th grade science teacher at WLMS. I’m interviewing her about her hobbies and why she became a teacher.

Question 1.Why did you want to be a teacher?

Answer: I became a teacher because I like helping kids learn academics and show their best self to the world to gain respect among peers and adults.

Question 2. What is it like to be a middle school teacher?

Answer: Being a middle school teacher is fun but at times difficult.

Question 3. What are your hobbies?

Answer: My hobbies are photography, painting, most outdoor activities and sporting clays.

Question 4. What do you like to do in your free time?

Answer: In my free time I like to get up early with good coffee and my dog and either read on the patio or go for a hike.

Question 5. What’s your favorite food and why?

Answer: My favorite food is Tamales because I grew up making them with my grandmother.

Question 6. If you had $100 what would you do with it?

Answer: If I had $100 I would probably spend it on art supplies.

Question 7. What is your dream vacation and why are you interested in going there?

Answer: My dream vacation would be to go to Northern Scotland to see castles and the northern lights.

Question 8. What is your favorite book and why is it your favorite?

Answer: My favorite thing about Science is that it is always changing!  

Question 9. If you were not a teacher what job would you get?

Answer: If I was not a teacher I would probably be an animal rehabilitation specialist.
