Solar panels powering the car

The world’s first solar SUV has just driven a test run in Morocco. And surprisingly, it was designed by new and rising students from the University of Technology!

 The students Named the car too, its name is “Stella Torra!” Some quotes from the event were, “The world’s first off-road solar-powered vehicle could help connect remote areas where roads are less developed and energy grids are not as reliable.” (-Thieme Bosman, CNN) Technology has come really far and also has become more useful and better for the world. And, if more Solar-powered vehicles start appearing, fewer fossil fuels will be used, which makes Earth a healthier planet! 

 And incredibly, “Bosman noted that the vehicle had proved to be one-third more efficient than expected on the trip and that its lightweight design made it less liable to get stuck on rugged terrain, and put less stress on its suspension.” (-Thieme Bosman, CNN) Thieme Bosman was also involved in the project, and remember, the more fossil-fuel-related objects that turn solar there are, the better, and healthier Earth will be!
